In a 4-week sprint, we reimagined the core experience of the Walgreens mobile app as a platform for empowering customers to take charge of their health through personalization, rewards, and family management.
My wireframes focused on myWalgreens rewards, prescription tracking, virtual cart, and a universal search, supported by a new IA and navigation model.
We combined our teams strongest ideas under a unified direction that balanced the business needs of engagement and upselling, with the user needs of quick access, and personalization.
